MQHS is following the advice of the BC’s Health authorities to ensure that we are keeping our tenants, staff and service providers healthy and safe. The situation with COVID-19 continues to change daily; guidance and recommendations from our Health Authorities is subject to change, MQHS will make revisions to COVID 19 restrictions as updated information is available.
Thank you for your help, understanding and cooperation in preventing the spread of COVID-19 as we continue to work to the best of our ability during this pandemic.
NEW MQHS COVID 19 PROTOCOLS:
MQHS Head Office is temporarily closed to the general public
Rent payments are due and payable on the 1st day of the month, drop box is available during business hours or mail rent payment
Our Tenant Relations team will continue to be available to our tenants through email, text, and cell phone to assist with emergency matters, review requests and rent payment or to provide other services as needed.
Amenity rooms are closed – Waterstone tenants contact Randy to load laundry cards 604-768-3325
Little Pebbles Preschool/Future 4 Daycare are closed
Meetings or reviews with tenants will be conducted via phone or video conference when possible
Signing of documentation will be done electronically when possible. If electronic signature is not possible contact the office for an appointment.
Emergency/essential, by appointment only, in-office or on-site meetings may be accommodated with the following COVID Protocols being followed:
You will be asked the following questions prior to your meeting, to assess potential risk.
- Have you been in contact with anyone with confirmed COVID 19 in the last 14 days?
- Have you traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days?
- Have you had any of these symptoms in the past 14 days? Fever, sore throat, cough or difficulty breathing
If you answer yes to any of the above questions, you will be prohibited from attending the in-office meeting and will be advised to contact their primary health care provider
If you develop symptoms prior to your scheduled appointment, you must cancel
Only persons signing the lease are to attend the meeting, no extra persons allowed including children
A Visitor Log will be kept recording your name, time (date and time in and out) and purpose of visit, who you are visiting and a contact email or phone number
Adhere to displayed floor signage indicating social distancing in designated meeting area
You will be asked to use hand sanitizer, gloves or mask upon entry
No visitor usage of the MQHS washrooms
MAINTENANCE DURING COVID 19
All emergency maintenance requests will continue to be handled to the best of our ability; this of course is contingent on our contractors being available to work during this period.
All other maintenance requests can be made as usual however, they will be responded to in priority sequence
Allow two (2) business days for replacement requests of keys to be processed and completed
